In Cedar Hill, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Texas, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.

Cedar Hill is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cedar Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ana has a unique selection of beautiful plants. So many to choice from, Ana took her time to select the right plants for me as a new plant owner. She was amazing in teaching me how to take care of them, looking forward in seeing them grow.

If I could give AJs Garden Oasis 10 stars, I would. This was the best plant shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ana is the most knowledgeable, patient, kind, and welcoming person I’ve ever met. I love plants but never know how to pick them or how to properly care for them. I showed Ana pics of areas in my apartment that I wanted to add plants, the size plants I was looking for, and I wanted something that would be hard to kill (I’m still learning). Ana started pulling plants that would fit my space and told me how to care for them. I left with 11 gorgeous plants and I purchased 2 more plants from Ana’s nursery at Mija Barbecue. This plant shopping experience was extremely therapeutic. I can’t wait to get pots for my new babies and post updated pics of their new forever home. If you are looking for quality plants from an amazing nursery, PLEASE visit AJs Garden Oasis and Mija Barbecue. You won’t be disappointed. Ana is the absolute best!!!!!

Seller is very knowledgable about all her plants. Its my first time buying indoor plants so she helped me select the ones that would be best fit for my classroom and home. She went into detail on how i should care for each plant and even offered to check up or answer any questions i may have after buying them. She really has a passion for plants and it shows through her great customer service. I definitely recommend getting plants from her!

I found them on Facebook. I absolutely love this Oasis. So welcoming and beautiful inside. The plant selection is great as well. Excited to return‼️ it's a MUST you check them out...I had my daughter with me & it was very kid friendly 😁 made us feel VERY welcomed. Plus we were looking for color too add to our collection and they had some nice unique pieces. Ana also educated me on how to care for one of my other plants at home‼️ Can't wait to see my babies flourish & return to them for more😁😁

Had an amazing experience! Ana was so welcoming and she had a lot of lovely healthy plants. She’s very knowledgeable on her babies. I’m so glad I found her boutique as she’s local and I love supporting small businesses. I will definitely be dropping by again on her next plant drop!
